Congressman Cook voted in favor of H.R. 3, a bill to approve the Keystone XL Pipeline. This bill passed the House of Representatives with bipartisan support.
WASHINGTON– Rep. Paul Cook (R-Apple Valley) voted in favor of H.R. 203, the Clay Hunt Suicide Prevention for American Veterans (SAV) Act, to help prevent veteran suicide. This legislation is named in honor of the late Clay Hunt, an Iraq and Afghanistan War Veteran who took his life after seeking care from the VA.

WASHINGTON – Today, President Obama signed into law Rep. Paul Cook’s Mammoth Mountain Land Exchange. The original bill, HR 1241, passed the House of Representatives by voice vote in December, 2013. The measure was ultimately put into the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), which was signed into law today.
